Review Process: Our seasoned team reviews the initial inspection and prepares a comprehensive Preliminary Report including required, recommended, and desired repairs. The report includes a comparison of the contractor’s bid (if one is available)
Draw Inspections
Review Process: Our seasoned team reviews all the draws for completed work and good workmanship, which includes contacting the borrower regarding satisfaction with the work completed.
